The Garett Albert Fund for Summer Study

The Classics Departments of Barnard and Columbia are now accepting applications for the fund, which is dedicated to advancing the study of ancient Greek language and culture, especially the instruction and/or travel that will further students' engagement with both.

Upper-level undergraduates (including graduating seniors), first and second-year graduate students, and post-bac students are all eligible.

We are now accepting applications for summer grants from the Garett Albert Fund. These should include the applicant's name, student rank at Barnard/Columbia, a brief description of the type of study for which the grant would be used, and a simple budget.

The application deadline is March 25, 2013.  Please direct questions to Helene Foley (hfoley@barnard.edu); students should send applications by email as MS Word attachments to the same address.
